A compact, mound-forming, deciduous shrub with ovate, pointed, dark green leaves turning dull yellow in autumn and, from midsummer into autumn, large, domed panicles of white flowers turning pale pink to pale purple with age.
Height 1m (3ft), Spread 1.2m (4ft), 5-10 years to maturity.
