(Pieris 'Forest Flame')

An evergreen with quite stunning young leaf growth. The foliage, especially in spring, opens in vivid red and changes to pinkish white before reverting to adult green. All these colours are present on the plant at the same time. Panicles of dainty white flowers in spring. After a while, it makes a substantial shrub.
