Picea pungens 'Hoopsii' Colorado Spruce 'Hoopsii'
A small, evergreen, coniferous tree of conical shape with blue-grey, needle-like foliage. Seed cones also emerge in the autumn. Widely considered to be one of the best blue conifers.
