A lovely, dark red cherry, this is an early fruiting variety ideal for cooking. It has a compact but spreading habit, small white flowers in spring and fruit from August to September which are perfect for stewing. A popular, self-fertile cherry that is suitable for north facing situations. Always fruits on new wood, so prune out old wood annually.
